here is some tips to get web visitor without SEO
1. Put your website into "web directory" such as DMOZ.ORG
2. Join into high rank FORUM such as KASKUS.US and put your "finger print" at the footer of your thread, example: put a word "get free templates" that pointing to your website
3. Get PPC program, google adwords is a good one. and there are lots more.
4. Join the LINK EXCHANGE or BANNER EXCHANGE programs.
